Warranty Coverage

We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material flaws
  • Functional failures under proper installation and use

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Products used in competitive racing without prior consultation
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality—such as minor scratches, discoloration, or surface wear—is not covered under this warranty. Delicate finishes, including anodized, plated, or painted surfaces, are also excluded from coverage.

Please note: Anodized finishes are particularly sensitive to environmental exposure. Over time, anodized products may fade, turn purple, or change color due to sun exposure and heat. These color changes are considered normal and are only covered for a maximum of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Claim Process

If you suspect a defect, stop using the product right away.To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@mfzracing.com with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem and usage conditions

Once received, our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

Remedies

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Please note: In all cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified. We do not cover return shipping fees for warranty claims.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. MFZ reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims.

The original purchaser can obtain warranty service by contacting the authorized retailer where the product was originally purchased, provided they submit proof of purchase.

The buyer (you) is responsible for all return shipping, packaging, insurance, and other related costs.Products purchased through third-party sellers such as eBay or Amazon are not eligible for direct warranty coverage. While these platforms may offer their own protection policies, they are not considered authorized retailers for direct warranty claims. To ensure full warranty eligibility, we recommend purchasing from an authorized dealer or directly from our official website.
