We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery times:
Europe & UK: 5–7 business days
1) We ship goods to all U.S. states. Shipping Warehouses and Transportation Service Providers.
2) We ship FedEx/DHL/UPS/SF International or other similar carriers.
3) Certain regions or countries may incur additional shipping charges or high taxes, and we will contact you in advance to confirm if this is the case.
Any changes you make to your shipping method after the item has shipped, including but not limited to changing your address, placing your order on hold, or updating your shipping settings/preferences, may result in a delay in receiving your product(s), an exchange of product(s), and/or a refund. If you wish to change anything about your order, you must do so before your order is shipped.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues. However, we will do our best to support you in case of significant delays.
Please Note: Customers must report any damage or defects that may have occurred during shipping within 24 hours of receiving the product/wheels.
SuperGear Performance is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once delivery has been confirmed. SuperGear Performance is also not liable for any damage caused by improper shipping.
If wheels are damaged or stolen, SuperGear Performance will file a claim with the shipping carrier. This process may take 2-3 weeks, and all claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. SuperGear Performance will always work with the customer to ensure all issues are resolved appropriately.
For Retail Sales:
All MFZracing wheels require adult signature verification upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure an adult (with a valid driver’s license) is present to accept the package.
MFZracing does not offer refunds for packages marked as "delivered" to the correct address but later reported as lost or stolen.
